Welcome to The Turtle Club! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Turtle Club. The Turtle Club operates this website and membership services (the “Services”), including all related content, features, tools, and communications.

The Turtle Club is a membership network only. We do not sell products, and any transactions, communications, or arrangements between members outside of the Services are solely the responsibility of the participants.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Membership is 21 years of age or older only. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Members are responsible for all activity associated with their account. You must keep your account credentials confidential.

Account or membership sharing is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in permanent revocation of membership and loss of access to all The Turtle Club benefits, including the Turtle Network and events.

The Turtle Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

SECTION 2 – MEMBERSHIP & SERVICES

The Turtle Club provides access to the Turtle Network, member communications, events, and other membership-related perks.

Membership is for network access only. The Turtle Club does not sell physical products, and we are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or arrangements made between members outside the website.

Membership benefits may include digital or physical perks, events, or communications, which are subject to change at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, designs, and communications on The Turtle Club are the exclusive property of The Turtle Club or its licensors.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or use The Turtle Club content for any purpose without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, or designs, may result in legal action and termination of membership.

SECTION 4 – UNPARALLELED MEMBER SUPPORT

The Turtle Club provides dedicated support for members, including replacement of defective items or digital assets associated with membership perks.

All support requests must be submitted via the FAQ section on the website.

The Turtle Club reserves the right to determine eligibility for support or replacement at its sole discretion.

SECTION 5 – PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Members may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, malicious, or harmful purposes.

  • Share or sell accounts or membership access.

  • Infringe on The Turtle Club intellectual property or the rights of other members.

  • Engage in conduct that harms the Club, other members, or affiliates.

  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or other disruptive content.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and permanent banning from the Club.

SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Turtle Club is not liable for member-to-member interactions, off-site transactions, or any damages resulting from use of the network.

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

The Turtle Club, its affiliates, officers, or employees are not responsible for any lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or network use.

SECTION 7 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Turtle Club, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Your violation of applicable laws;

  • Your actions or communications with other members, including off-site interactions.

SECTION 8 – TERMINATION

Membership can be revoked or suspended at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations under Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, or other clauses that survive termination.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO TERMS

The Turtle Club may update these Terms at any time.

Members are responsible for reviewing changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any agreements regarding Services shall be governed by the laws of the state where The Turtle Club is headquartered.

You and The Turtle Club consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
